Recalling a fallen friend before rezing is always reccomended, but what if the only rez the team has requires a target, and the fallen is in a very hazardous place?
If someone else has Recall Friend, you can have him wait in a safer place while you rez your friend. He can watch the Team box to see when the fallen is rezzed, then Recall you both. If he is quick, it will always work.
