Don't you just hate low level accuracy? During those first few levels (as a melee character especially) seeing 'miss' appear all the time. A good thing to do is slot accuracy enhancements on your powers ASAP! Don't worry about damage enhancements, at the beginning of the game the difference is minor, but every little bit helps with accuracy! More damage means nothing when you are not hitting. Hitting twice for 10 points is better than not hitting at all.
Another hint: Dont be afraid to pop a 'Yellow' (Insight inspiration), as they have a frequent and constant drop rate, remember inspirations were created to be used frequently. Storing them might look pretty, but it doesn't really help your young villain in the long run!
