Too often you'll come across a boss or elite boss that'll shrug off your ace-in-the-hole debuff and just keep coming. Play it cool hot shot. High level players will attest that by stacking the same type of debuff, (eg. immobilization) on such a foe will produce the desired effect. A warning though, the effect will DRASTICALLY reduced in time so don't let up! Keep the pressure on and you'll come through.
