There are a number of ways of doing this, but one of the most easiest is to get a team mate to continously take damage, so either stand in a mob of lower levels and then heal him, or maybe let him jump off a building, take damage, jump back up, heal him (this requires him to have super jump or teleport, or you to have recall friend).
Another method is to go into a mission, your team mate rest by an enemy, so that he will take 4x the damage, and then heal him. These may not be the most fun ways to get this badge, but they definately work!
