There are times (especially if doing team power-leveling) when dropping and re-inviting the entire team is useful. It's easy enough to drop a team; just leave. But inviting everyone back is USUALLY a lengthy process--you have to remember all the names and invite them back, one /i command at a time.
I say thee nay! Design a Macro for inviting your whole team:
1. Enter the following command line.
/macro inv i [name1]$$i [name2]$$i [name3]$$i [name4]
Where Name1, Name2, Name3, etc. are the names of the other members of your team. Keep adding $$i for more players.
This will show up as a gray-button power with the letters INV. Click it, and it invites all players back to your team.
The only error you might encounter with this happens when someone on your former team fails to drop team. Keep trying, or send a tell to them reminding them to drop.
You can keep this command indefinitely, editing the names of the players each time, by right-clicking the INV button and selecting Edit. Pretty handy!
