The combination of the Mind Control and Psionic assault dominator sets offer a wide range of mezzes and rarely resisted psionic damage. Not included in one of the three basic Control sets, Mind Control poses as the Control set with the least aggro-inducing attacks as it's based around sleep, confuse and hold opposed to immobilization attacks. Psionic attacks lower recharge rates.
