Subdue is a power from the dominator's Psionic Assault secondary powerset, available at level 28 the earliest.
Subdue does tend to get under rated at times with people making comments such as "Why did they put this power in the set? It's by far the most useless.." Not true. Subdue can do much more damage than Mental Blast(Slotted properly, Subdue can reach the 100+ damage range). As a bonus, it has the immobilize effect. Something to consider..
