Sorry, that title is so misleading but it seemed appropriate for a site full of villains. In the past few weeks I have been in deep talk with the Great Villain and Site Manager BishopDon. Not disclosing any information, its been conveyed that Bish feels he isn't doing his sworn duty of Site Managing to its utmost diligence. Despite my attempts to make him realize he hasn't done that in anyway, he felt it was his responsibility to back down from Site Manager to normal CoV Staffer.
Once that conclusion was drawn we started to seek out a worthy replacement. Which proved to be a very tough task since, in my opinion, Bishop has been one of the best Site Managers for the site. It's hard to follow in those shoes but we found a sucker, I mean person who thinks they can uphold the mantle of Site Management for CoV. Please welcome with me the new SM for the most villainous site, Phedre_D! This disclaimer not only announces her arrival but proclaims a new era in wrathfulness on the site.

If there wasn't any brainwashing involved here then I must the Queen of Narnia and/or The Moon.
Indeed, I believe Phedre is planning to bring Doom to us all. Something tells me she isn't quite as 'good' as she would have us all believe. I think the blue side is trying to destroy us from the inside. No, I know they are and Phedre is their agent!

But it is time for phase 2. Mzzkc is absolutely right in that there is a conspiracy in the works. But not how he is envisioning it. No, this will be way more devious! With BishopDon now concentrating completely on his stalker skills, I will lull the rest of the network into a false feeling of security. And then ....

A big ole CONGRATS!!! to you Phe!!! (Yes the extra ! were necessary.) I see you are equipted with the shiney red avatar and ready to go now. And if anyone missed it, I believe she has already begun adding her wonderful touch to the site.
Bishop did do a wonderful job, but I have no doubt Phe will be able to keep up the great work here just as he did!
