Matt"Positron"Miller has recently released some inside information and a few sneak peeks for what to expect from Issue 12: The Midnight Hour. This Issue promises to bring A New Roman themed Zone,Roman themed costume pieces,a make over for the City of Heroes Zone The Hollows including new enemy spawns. Also with this release was announced the arrival of the long awaited Villain Epic Archetypes. Choose your own path as a Blood Widow or Wolf Spider all with selectable costume pieces.

Villain Epic Archetypes
Infiltrate the Arachnos organization from within! Upon reaching level 50, Villains unlock two new Epic Archetypes; Wolf Spiders and Blood Widows. They have their own unique storyline and missions, power combinations and costume sets. Branching powersets allow the Wolf Spider to specialize as either a Bane Spider or Crab Spider and the Blood Widow chooses from the Fortunata and Night Widow branches. Each brings with it unique costumes for your Arachnos duties, as well as your newfound role as a Destined One.
Also announced to be released in Issue 12 is the new Power Proliferation allowing Heroes and Villain access to each other Power Sets. Here are some examples :

WHAT....can it be, the long awaited Villain EATs???? Sounds nice...not like the Squiddies, but an interesting twist...bout time. Now just have to figure out what server to run them on now...decisions, decisions
Kind of upset that it is only for new toons. Really don't want to put my DB/energy aura brute Lvl 38 on the self.
the new pwrs are for the new toons...you can get the epic when you reach 50 with ANY toon created .. old or new....... dont shelf a toon when it is your ticket to an Epic
