First off, the goal in the PvP zones are to get as much bounty as possible, so you will need the following to accomplish this:
One Mastermind with healing over time (recommended Zombie or Robot)
Two Stalkers with Placate and Assassin Strike
One Brute that can take damage and is resistant to holds
Another brute that is able to deal high damage
One healing Corruptor that has Recall Friend
One fighting Corruptor that has Teleport Foe
One Dominator with Grant Invisibility and Insivibity (self)
First of all, always stay together. Then you go to where you want to fight. Make the Corruptor with Recall go high on a building and out of sight. Allow Stalkers to get ready for their attacks by hiding behind cars, mailboxes, etc. Have the dominator Grant Invisibility to the two brutes so they can strike and take aggro when needed. Also Grant Invisibility to the fighting Corruptor. The Dominator will also have to make every pet and the mastermind invisible as well. Finally, the dominator should make themselves invisible.
The best spot for solo heros is behind the hero hospital, on top of hospital (careful of the guard up there), hotspots, or look for ones attacking the villain base. If you go behind the hero hospital, there will be heros that are likely on the cowardly side. They will try to hit and run back into the hospital. That's where Teleport Foe comes in handy. Take them off guard by teleporting them into your Stalkers, while the Dominator holds them. After they are held, have the stalkers let loose with their Assassin Strikes. There should be bounty to be had there.
Now, if you are dealing with groups of heros...go with the same plan, but take out the Blasters first, Controllers second, scrappers third, Defenders fourth, and keep the Tankers for last. If there are the rare Peacebringers/Warshade take them out second (before the Controllers).
If you find a good, long-lasting team you will get good bounty and Reputation. (Bounty key- 6k= 1 SO, 1k = 1 medium insp of your choice). Thats as much bounty as I have gotten so far. I hope this guide helps all of you PvP'ers out there!
