Along with Issue 9 CoX introduced the IO set Enhancements. What is the Difference you may ask between a Regular IO and a Set IO? The Difference is that a Regular IO gives you only one type of buff per enhancement where an IO set enhancement gives you up to 3 different types in one enhancement. Each set is broken into 14 different categories :
Resist Damage
Targeted AoE Damage
Confuse
Pet Damage
Melee Damage
Sniper Attacks
Sleep
Running
PBAoE Damage
Slow Movement
Immobilize
Ranged Damage
Healing
Holds
Each set has from 3-6 different enhancements and when you slot them all in one power you get a set of extra bonuses. You can only use one set per power and only one of each enhancement type per set per power. Some Arc types can not use some of the sets like a defender can not use the melee damage sets so check which type of sets you can use before buying an enhancement recipe that you can not use. They can get very expensive depending on the rarity of the recipe.
I made this guide to show you some of your options . You will see a number next to the set bonuses this is the number of enhancements of each particular set you need to get the bonus buff. under each level it will tell you the percentage increase of each type of enhancing the type of enhancement you slot. Some level % increases may be missing I tried to find everyone I could so if you have some missing info please feel free to leave a comment with that information.
