Here I have listed what powers we are getting and when, and then I listed what to slot into them,(In order, to level 30) Enjoy!!!

There ya go, I think this is my best build so far, I spent a few hours on it, enjoy!!

ALSO: Don't forget my Tip, dont spend money on "Training" Enhancements, just use ones that drop to help "Marker" what you are going to slot into the power with DO's or SO's

A sound idea. I'd change the order of the regen "shields" you pick up starting at 22. I'd go for Integration, Dull Pain, Fast Healing, Instant Healing, and Reconstruction. Integration has a high regen boost, while Dull Pain and IH are interchangeable for survivability, and God mode when combined. Reconstruction is a nice lil pick me up, and can help when foes are overpowering Dull Pain and IH combined (hard to do, but not impossible). I got it early on my Spine/Regen Scrap, But found that I never really use it after I got Dull Pain slotted for recharge. I now have IH slotted recharge, Dull Pain 6 slotted, 3 recharge, 3 heals, and really only use Recon after the fight, when my HP is around the halfway mark, so I can get back to full even faster to continue fighting.

Hell, now that I look at it, in the 20s youd be best getting Integration, Dull Pain, Soaring Dragon, Instant Healing, and Fast Healing. More Damage > Reconstruction. Specially for a stalker.

I totally agree with you on the Regeneration powers you picked. The only one thing I would change is get Reconstruction, Fast Healing, and Integration at early levels. Reconstruction will totally save your life.

D-Beam has a point. You definately should have gotten Soaring Dragon. As for Golden Dragonfly, he only made his guide up to lvl 29...Golden Dragonfly is available at lvl 32.

This is good to lvl 30, though as an alternate I would highly recommend Haste and SS versus Combat Jumping and super Jump. The travel powers are completely personal preference, though stalkers should be ghosting mish's for mish xp, and not clearing them for mob xp. SS makes this process quite fast, and haste is huge. Not just for attack powers, but keep in mind that DP and IH come back much quicker as well. I hit haste everytime I use DP or IH, just so they'll come back faster. With IH 6 slotted + haste, I ghost mishs and have it for every boss, and use it two or even three times for long contact mish's. Like Warron Peace says, IH + DP = unstoppable.

I played around with MoG and had a lot of success lvls 30-42 or so. But after 42 I found I died half the time I used it (both with bosses and large groups of mobs). Eventually they do either so much damage or psionic damage that it really only stalls your death. So I respec'd and dropped it (remember you cannot heal AT ALL with MoG running!). With Haste and 3 recharges, IH comes back fast enough for every major battle. And it works against all damage types.

Lastly, it's ok to get flashing steel early on, but i would drop it (or SoW if your hell-bent on having a cone dmg) at first respec, once u get SD and GD. Since GC is so fast, I have a complete attack chain with just those 4 attacks, and not a single recharge enh: SD - GD - GC - SoW - GC - SD...u get it. I have 2 acc - 2 dmg - 2 end cost reduction, though this should be modified for however you play (I don't like any down time, fast play = fast lvl)

one final note for new players: having a bunch of great powers does no good if you cannot hit them easily in time. You must use the keymapping option! Do it however you best see fit, but for an example I have my powers mapped to:

~ BU; 1-5 AS-SD-GD-GC-SoW; Q DP; E Recon; R IH; T Demon Aura (a must have accolade); F Intimidate; G Invoke Panic; C SS; V Sprint; Left Shift Haste;

and lastly I have my middle mouse button set to Autorun. Often in battle I don't even have my fingers on WASD and just use the mouse for movement. I have my second tray set to my ~QERTFGCVLeftShift powers, and have found this mapping really makes gameplay easier.

An example attack will go: Hit ~ for BU and then 1 for AS, go right into my attack chain 2-5, drop down and hit QER for heals as needed, and charge down running mobs using middle mouse button and tab. 6-0 I have set for toggles, Rez and Rest, things I don't need to quickly hit mid battle.
