CarnEvil the Twisted, what can be said about this psycho with a cigar. Best not meet him in a dark alley especially if he is running with his Thugs...they have been known to just beat people senseless just for the hell of it. His back history isnt known other than he has a tendency for insanely strange acts of violence and carnage.....no one knows what turned this man into such a twisted individual, and I would fear to ask him this question. Watch your step with this carnival pulls into town.
