These guys look intimidating because in a way they are, lvl54 EB, not bad really. I like packing one of these with me when I am hunting the signature heroes in RV (not lvl 54 but good enough). Although it does take quite a while to build up the merits for another.
That gets me thinking, what if in RV, you popped a shiv, one of those, and you had your RV 54 EB, you could solo the AV! But most importantly, your an MM. =D
I'm just feeling left out because I've never tried to turn in Merits before. I didn't even know you COULD get one of these! I just took a picture of one peering into the Vanguard base looking menacingly around the corner.
