See the guy in the white lab coat, thats dr. creed, the guy in the picture is not, so Ruler made a joke that he got plastic surgery, its probably just a minor bug or maybe a glitch.
Then you owe me 10 dollars. That specific contact doesn't have that mission.
This is indeed a glitch. One of my other toons has the Pirate dude as a contact, so when I logged out and logged back in to this toon, for some reason Doctor Creed took his identity. I'm not sure why but it hasn't changed yet.
