Well, it can mean we can switch our patron. But it can also mean that villains will get an expanded set of epic pool powers and not just the patrons. I hope.

Cool. Good to see them letting some information out about Issue 13.

Awesome news maybe, possibly corruptors get PFF or Indom will from hero epics pwease :O, but yet, another sign of the apocolypse, as is the precedent set by devs a villain buff foreshadows a bug, glich, villain nerf, or hero buff, or maybe this is our compensation for the Stalker Crusaudes success? Well, cya imma go hide somewhere like canada or maybe the artic waiting out the rebuke that im most likely going to get

From the Haiku I conclude that we'll only be able to respec out of one PPP into another. We won't be getting other EPPs. You can count on it.
