The BlackOps Agents, a villain group on Virtue, recently started and has 15-20 members at the moment. We're a group created to help take down the rogue SpecOps forces have recently cropped up in Paragon City.
Members will have BlackOps in their name, for example, I have a couple characters in there named BlackOps Smasher and BlackOps Inkspot.
Origin should be Science, although we have a few Mutants in the group as well.
The 1-20 costume should be the following. Slight changes are allowed for "flavor".
Head: Mask - Either Full or With Hair.
Face: (whatever) - Triton for the mask
Any other is up to you
Upper Body: Tight
Chest: Stealth - Stealth
Shoulders: Layered Pads
Chest Detail: Stealth or Tactical
Gloves: Stealth - Stealth
Belt: Stealth
Lower Body: Tights
Pants: Stealth - Stealth
Boots: Work
Colors should be primarily black, with the secondary colors being appropriate to your character. (For example, I have a guy who's a fire corruptor, his secondary colors are orangeish red.)
Keep this costume intact as you level. When you hit 20, or at any point that you get a second costume, that is totally up to you.
Slight changes are cool, but keep the basic theme downpat. Boots, shoulders, chest detail, things like that can change provided the theme is kept similar.

ok, so i created a toon, hoping that i could join this vg......then i realized that i don't know how to send a global tell. i've never had to send one....

Although as mentioned, the easiest way to join is going to be to join the gameamp.com global channel and ask on there. I think all members of the group have rights to invite, although I'm not 100% certain of that.

There is, technically, a base. But the group is new, so there's not MUCH of a base. It's a psuedo-RP group.
We're getting there. :)
