I ran around and got the Grandville exploration badges and earned the GV beacon rights for the Inmates VG. Could someone with access to base building create a GV teleporter when they get a chance?

Way to go Sig...I hadn't noticed if we had the GV porter or not (because I'm not high enough level to get it...lol). I'm sure Grifter or someone will jump all over this once they read this post.

if your asking if they have a becone yes they do, it will take you to the door or out side of recluse victory i assume but im not sure

Actually the Grandville beacon takes you to that room where the statues and plaques of the Patrons are.
