Well what can i say, these pitiful beings flood mercy Island and Port Oaks. They are rival gangs, both seem bent on the non living side of life (well what do they expect if they get in your way?).
Hellions:
* Seem to enjoy maknig dark pacts with demons in exchange for control over fire.
* Located mainly in Darwin's landing and Oil Spill.
* Ranks:
Blood brother slicer (M) - Revlover, Gunwhip (brawl), Knife slice
Blood brother slammer (M) - Revolver, Gunwhip (brawl), Sledgehammer slam
Blood brother brawler (M) - Revolver, Gunwhip, brawl
Blood brother chopper (M) - Revolver, Gunwhip, Axe slice
Fallen gunner (L) - Burst
Fallen Buckshot (L) - Buckshot
Dammed (B) - Flares, Fire burst, Char, Fire breath, Scorch, Combustion, Resist Fire, Vunrible cold. (the only threatening rank of the Hellions, nasty fire buggers)
3K Kelvin (EB) - Same as Dammed
Duke Mordagar (EB) - Same as Dammed
All resistant to fire, vun to cold
Skulls: Death worshiping wierdoes.
* Mostly hang around Darwin's landing and Mercy, can occasionly be seen on Port Oaks.
* Ranks: Much the same as the hellions
Gravedigger slicer (M) - Revlover, Gunwhip (brawl), Knife slice
Gravedigger slammer (M) - Revolver, Gunwhip (brawl),
Sledgehammer slam
Gravedigger brawler (M) - Revolver, Gunwhip, brawl
Gravedigger chopper (M) - Revolver, gunwhip, axe slice
Deathhead gunner (L) - Burst
Deathhead Buckshot (L) - Buckshot
Bone Daddy (B) - Dark blast, Gloom, Shadow punch, Shadow maul, Resist negative, life drain (
All resistant to negative, vun to energy

As I understand it, all Hellions are somewhat resistant to Fire and somewhat vulnerable to Cold.
Also, all Skulls are resistant to Negative Energy and vulnerable to Energy (Energy, Electric, Radiation).

The bone dadies have a soul drain power similar to those found in the dark melle power pool, i have only seen it once but it instant killed one of my minions with it.
