I receieved all of these missions in a different order:
1. Defeat all Longbow in base 2. Find info on Numina 3. Steal spell components 4. Question circle mages (Defeat 30 Circle of Thorns) 5. Rescue the Mystic 6. Speak to Scirocco 7. Crash Carnival Revel to steal masks 8. Speak to Scirocco

This is where I am at right now. I will update this later after I do some more mishes.
