This contact is pretty fun, thats if you like RPing with the contact that is. Its basically just a bunch of random newspaper missions it seems, almost no relation to each other till the last few. But its still fun as hell I say. 7/10
The first two missions are out of order. They should be swapped and the actual name of the badge mission is: "Drop off the canisters of Outbreak". For this mission you receive the "Plague Carrier" badge.
Another thing, I was introduced by my broker not Mr. Bocor. I'm sure you can be introduced by him but just wanted you to know that there are other ways to get the radio.
Yes, I agree with Ghoul Slayer. Mr. Bocor DOES introduce you to The Radio but if you had Billy Heck or Angelo Vendetti, you can obtain The Radio as a contact by doing 3 more Newspaper missions and a Mayhem Mission which will fetch you it as a contact.
