I know...
250 of anything is a lot, especially if it's a 400 pound block of icy hate. Now that I have this trinket though, I wonder how many fights I would have lived through if I had had it in the first place.
Plus it gives a shiny blue aura to you!

u might think that killing 250 of these is a lot and takes a long time, and that u cant be bothered. Well change ur mind ! because just think of what ur going to get out of this (1. high resistance to all for a while) (2. a real cool blue flame aura over ur body :D

FYI the Hordelings in Cap Au Diable under the pipes count towards the coldhearted badge as well and are fairly numerous.

I just got it last weekend and it is well worth it! I found it better to farm the hellfrosts at Sharkhead just around the graveyard by the time I would make one round the others would have respawn back. I found it easy to do this at lvl 29-30 and grabbed up some good loot to boot..... Arrhhhh!
